Trifle

  • 300 g chocolate sponge cake
  • 400 ml thickened cream
  • Kahlua
  • 4 passionfruit
  • Handful pecans
  • 200 ml thick chocolate custard

Whip the cream until thick, then mix through the passionfruit. In martini glasses, layer with sponge, a drizzle of kahlua and leave for 1/2 hour or so. Dollop on the cream, chocolate custard and repeat. Scatter over some pecans and serve.
