Red Capsicum Dip

Ingredients

4 jarred red capsicum
250 g cream cheese
4 tbsp. cottage cheese
Packet water crackers or bagelettes

Method

Blitz the capsicum in a food processor until completely smooth. Tumble in the cheese, dill and blitz a final time to combine. Pop into a bowl and serve with the biscuits.
