Ingredients
1 whole ham
6 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. mixed spice
2 tsp. cloves
Juice of 1 orange
2 onions, roughly sliced
2 sticks of celery, roughly chopped
Method
Remove the skin from the ham and score, then stud with cloves.
Place into any oven tray on top of the onions and celery
Mix the honey, mixed spice and orange juice together in a small pan and bring to a gentle simmer, then baste the ham, allow to dry then baste again, repeat this process 3-4 times
Place the ham into the oven set to 180oC and bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes
