Crumbed and Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

 
12 Button Mushrooms
100g grated mozzarella
1/8 bunch Parsley
1 Shallot
 
100g Plain flour
2 eggs
100g dried breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
 

Method

 
Remove stalks from mushrooms and set aside
Make stuffing with mozzarella chopped parsley and finely chopped shallot and mix together well.
Roll mix into a small ball, stuff each mushroom.
Roll mushrooms in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs
Fill frypan with vegetable oil and deep fry crumbed mushrooms
Serve warm
