Creole Seasoning

Ingredients

100g sea salt
60g paprika
30g granulated garlic
50g onion powder
3 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp caster sugar

Method

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together and place into an airtight jar, this mix will keep in a dark cupboard for months
