Banana Choc Crumble

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 100 g milk choc chips
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 350 g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 200 ml maple syrup
  • 350 g plain flour 

Preheat oven to 210°C.

Massage together the flour, butter and 1 heaped tbsp of brown sugar until it resembles the texture of breadcrumbs. In a baking dish, lay down the bananas, sprinkle over the choc chips and gently mash together. Pour over the maple syrup, sprinkle over the butter crumble, sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar and cook for 15 - 20 mins.
